So a lot of exciting things seem to be happening all at once. Along with recently having a story accepted at Every Day Fiction, a litmag that was listed by Writer’s Digest as one of the 50 Best Online Literary Markets, and moving into a new apartment, Foliate Oak just published one of my stories! The one thing support group never tells you about recovery is that you’ll come to a point where your shiny new normal life will bore you to tears. That you’ll crave the old pain and drama, the self-loathing, and are to fight these cravings. That the most unsexy part of healing (maintenance) is also the most vital.
